How to Order

First, use the drop down menus with the listing to choose your finished product type (Print size, framed or unframed) 

Checkout as usual on eBay

Then, to allow us to create your personalised design please send your photo via eBay message and also include any text you would like for your portrait. If no text is provided, your portrait will be plain (without text).

Also don't be afraid to let us know if you have any other requirements - these prints can be fully customised to suit!

You will receive a proof to approve before final printing and dispatch of your order.

Other things you really should know….

Your watercolour effect artwork is made using photo manipulation and edited to give a watercolour hand-painted effect, therefore please send the highest quality photo you have of your pet. Your finished artwork will be printed on premium canvas effect paper using the highest quality inks.

Dispatch time:

My dispatch time is 3-5 working days for items purchased before 17:00 provided that personalisation details are also received before 17:00. 

For items purchased after 17:00 (or for items where personalisation requirements are not sent before 17:00 regardless of order time), the order will fall in to the following working day and therefore please take account of this when considering how long it will take to receive your order.
