• Please note screens and devices can have some variation in the perception of color. We can not account for these differences.

• An item will not be considered lost in the mail until 30 days from the ship date. There are some serious postal delays in some areas.

• Please be sure to contact me before returning any items so that we can resolve any issues you are having with your purchase. If it can’t be resolved we will help you with labels and shipping. 

• An Unpaid Item Case will be automatically opened if payment is not received within 7 days. From that point, the Buyer will have 4 days to pay for the item. If paid, the item will be shipped. If not paid the case will be closed by eBay and the item will be relisted. 

• For a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached. Contact us within 14 days. Item must be received within 30. 

• Invalid shipping addresses will result in additional shipping charges to resend the item(s). If you choose to obtain a refund for said item(s), a deduction of shipping cost(s) will be taken from the original transaction of purchase. Shipping charges will be deducted even for “Free Shipping” items as it has to be paid in reality. 

• For any items advertised as new in box please note that all items are shipped brand new, but boxes may not be in perfect mint condition* (May include minor indentations, scuffs, etc. on outer box). For items in a bag, just return them in the bag.
