These are the very rare and highly sought after pre-Rola Celestion Greenbacks with Pulsonic cones. 

Both date from February 1971 according to the wealth of information available at https://www.bygonetones.com/.   If you are looking at these you probably know how iconic these speakers are.

I had four of these in a Marshall cab I bought in the 1980s and sold two of them a few years ago. I always intended to use them in another 2x12 cabinet but don’t have the time or space anymore!

T1217, G12H 30W, 75hz, 16 ohms.

Cones: Pulsonic 102 003, correct for age.

Chassis: BD9U/BD9U respectively.

Condition: some cosmetic marks and stains. One of the cones has had a small repair as shown in the pictures – it has no effect on the tonality or performance. IT HAS NOT BEEN RECONED!

I may split the pair if the price is right.
