I created these small form factor PCI brackets to allow easy access to the microSD / SD card in the SD to IDE adapters along with CF cards in the CF to IDE adapters. The SD to IDE drive is a bit taller than the low profile bracket, but the holding bar on HP computers will clear the adapter (there is just enough space).
