For sale is a kit to create a custom Doc Ock figure as seen in the pictures, using the Marvel Legends Doc Ock figure.

The stock arms are just boring old stiff plastic, so I created these metal arms for my Doc Ock figure.  I started selling my additional materials as kits, and decided to just keep them in stock!

You will receive four lengths of flexible metal wire and metal tape. I tested several different kinds of wire and picked this one because it had the right mix of strength and flexibility.  and it fits perfectly into the mounting holes in the back of the figure. The tape is aircraft grade and I personally used it for affixing wires to the outside of planes during flight testing. All you'll need to provide is some glue to affix the arms to the figure and the claws (from the stock arms) to the new metal ones.

Using this wire will allow your Doc Ock figure to do the following:

1. Hold your Spider-Man figure in an action pose
2. Hold himself up off the ground.
3. Pose his arms in the air in any way you choose.

Please note:

• ONLY the materials and instructions to make the arms are for sale, NOT the figures.  
• The claws seen are included with the stock Doc Ock figure. 
• Glue is not included.
• The actual kit is shown in the last picture

Unfortunately I've received a couple negative reviews from buyers that had different expectations about was actually included in the kit. I'm proud of the finished product, I personally built the one in the pictures, and it's on display in my office. I encouraged the previous buyers to actually assemble the kit and see the finished results, but they declined and just left negative feedback.
