SHIPMENT                                                                    

Items will be packed and shipped within 24 to 48 hrs after payment confirmed, except Saturday, Sunday and official US holidays.

If the payment is made after 2pm Pacific time, the shipment will be moved to the next day.

Customer’s default address will be referred unless you provide a different mailing address. Wrong address or items marked as “delivered” by USPS are not the store’s responsibility.

If you want to track your item, please upgrade to USPS Priority mail/ USPS flat rate boxes.

Domestic shipping:

FREE Economy Shipping to all United States address (except bidding items or listed differently)

Parcel shipping for perfumes and nail polishes (Free depending on items)

Economy/ Parcel shipping will take 2-14 days

USPS First class shipping will take 2-5 days depending on your location

Priority USPS shipping will take 2-5 days depending on your location

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US Protectorates may take longer to arrive, please be considerate with your feedback.

International shipping:

I only ship to Canada, North and South America for cosmetic items.

Shipping Worldwide for Books and journals.

Customers will pay for shipping and custom fee so please check your country’s custom policies before buying any items.

International delivery might take up to 4 weeks to arrive depending on your location from USA. This does not included time being held at Customs.

RETURN /EXCHANGE/ REFUND

If you change your mind after buying, contact me ASAP. If items are already packed and shipped, I won’t cancel it.

Calimewmew accepts 30-days buyer paid return (except when wrong item send or damage products)

Conditions for exchange

First: Let me know why you are unhappy with the item.

1.     Simply change your mind:

Customers take care of return shipping. I’ll charge 15% restocking fee for shoes and perfumes, 10% on all other items. This fee covers shipping material, labels, gas, etc.

Ex: item ($15) + ship ($5) when you buy item. Restocking fee will be $2 or $3 depending on the item.

2.     Items are damaged/ not as description.

Please send me some pictures of the damaged parts/the details you are not happy with. We can look at them together and decide for a partial refund/full refund/exchange/replacement. After we agree on the solution, I’ll send you a repaid shipping label if necessary.

3.     Other reasons: please explain yours in the message.

I am only human so I would make mistakes too. I believe that a nice and calm conversation can solve everything.

Second: Sending items back to me only when we already message each other and agree on the solution.

For “Change your mind” reason: The item should be in the same conditions as when I ship it: unopened (if it has plastic cover), undamaged and unworn so it can be resale.

For “damaged/ not as description” reason: please try to keep items in same condition as when you receive as much as possible.

Please be considerate and protective of item when shipping return. Thank you.

Third: After receiving the item, calimewmew will send a refund/ replacement/exchange item ASAP. This process takes time depending on how fast our store gets the item and customer’s original payment method.

NO RETURN ITEMS

·       Cosmetic and skin care items are not returnable due to health and hygienic concerns

·       Used books are not returnable since I want to clear out personal collection.

·       Items have “NO return” label under item’s description. Please read description before buying
