Patterns are uncut, from my smoke free home. Pattern envelopes may show wear or rounded corners, but inside is always in great condition. Shipping is always free on patterns. Check out my other listings as I add at least 100 items a week to my store.
Pattern addendum: I just purchased a large lot of patterns from an estate, these pattern envelopes show wear, some have torn flaps, some envelopes have tape, some may have spots where a price tag was removed or where residue from a price tag remains. There may be writing on the envelopes. Many of these patterns have multiples available so the one you see in the photo, may not be the envelope you get. You will get the correct pattern. All patterns are factory folded uncut and complete.
I ship Monday thru Friday. I leave for the post office every day at 3pm Central time. All purchases ship within 48 hours of completed payment, barring Sunday's and Postal Service holidays.
Our mail goes through the Chicago post office, about 3% of our first-class packages are delivered one or two days later than anticipated by ebay. Holidays and inclement weather, can cause postal delays. I have seen delays for no fathomable reason other than the Chicago post office is a busy place. Please watch your tracking number and if your package status changes to "ARRIVING LATE" know that this is the result of the mail clog at the Chicago post office and it is beyond our control. I offer free returns on almost all items. I am happy to accept returns, however-Free returns are not "FREE" for me. Often times this costs Shipping both ways and the price of tape, envelopes, and sometimes specialty shipping supplies if they cannot be salvaged for reuse. Items should be returned in the same condition they arrived, with no parts removed- thanks
I ask that you please take all measurements before your purchase. If you have questions about an item, PLEASE, ASK. I answer every question and I want you to be delighted with your purchase. There is a customer service number located in the header of my store, it is my direct number, call me, that's what it is there for.
