- We only ship our products to PayPal specified address.
Please confirm your address and all other details carefully before you make an order or it may result in either a cancellation or a delayed delivery. - We only use USPS to deliver our product in the US and we DON’T deliver to P.O boxes.

- Expected time of arrival is estimated according to the departure of the item from our warehouse. Generally, after you place the order, the item will leave our warehouse in three days (excluding holidays and weekend). Popular items and customized order may take longer time.
- In very few cases, we might find the product out of stock after confirming the delivery and shipping time. In such cases, we apologize for the inconvenience caused and will update you the new information of delivery. Please allow more time for delivery.
How to track your order?
There will be a shipment status with tracking number on eBay when the package leaves our warehouse, at the same time, the estimated time of arrival will be indicated. Usually, it takes about five to seven business days, but it also varies by your location.

Return Policy

5.If your request is accepted, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. Paste it on your package and send it by ebay designated shipping company.
*Please make sure that all the items, including the product box and the gift, are well-wrapped. We are not responsible for the missing package during the return shipping.
Get the refund
After receiving the return product, we need 1-2 days to check the condition of it and see if we have to charge extra restocking fee. Provided there is no problem with the product, your refund will be issued with the initial way that you’ve chosen to pay the order. It might process another 1-2 business days.
