Sadly my little guy has grown out of this toy. It truly was the cutest toy. It's tested and works perfectly. (It does take 2 AAA Batteries NOT Included) My little guy gently played with this toy in our smoke free home

Flaws: The only flaw I see is there is a stain on the hospital symbol (plus sign). I think the sticker got wet and it just water stained it. Please see picture.

Set is complete with all the original pieces.
