This kit is the perfect addition to your Arcade1Up cabinet. It not only provides a more professional look to your arcade machine, but it also helps prevent cracking the plexiglass control deck cover from overtightening the stock screws.
This screw kit includes longer flat-head screws that when used with the raised washers provide a better look and a more secure deck. The raised washer can also cover some of the damage if you over tightened the original screws causing spider web-type cracks in the plexiglass.
It also includes 3D-printed spacers for control decks that had countersunk screw holes. The spacers fill the holes that the original screws fit in (see photos). This kit can even be used to improve the look of control decks without a plexiglass deck cover.
This kit works with any of the Arcade1UP cabinets including the cocktail models (photos show screws used on the top plexiglass cover as well as on the control deck of a cocktail model as well as other stand-up cabinets. Note that it would take two kits for the cocktail models (one set for the control decks and one for the top plexiglass cover). Some newer control decks may not require the spacers.
The kit consists of:
- Four custom-designed and 3D-printed spacers to fill the countersunk screw holes.
- Four flat-head chrome screws.
- Four raised washers.
