370+ 7" Singles, all by Cliff Richard. Ideal for re-selling, car boots etc.
This listing is for over 370 7" singles, all by Cliff Richard. ( I counted 378, but we'll say 370+, just to be sure.)
They range in time from the very beginning, with a couple of original copies of "Move It" (including an Indian pressing), all the way up to and past his 100th single. Almost all are singles - there are only around six EPs and they do not have their original pic sleeves.
Obviously, there are many duplicates, and they vary enormously in condition. Any which should be thrown out, have already been thrown out, but some of the earlier singles aren't in the best of condition, although all will be playable, maybe not on high-end audiophile systems. Many of the newer ones, including a number of re-issues of old "classics", are unplayed.
There are around 85 early releases, with green Columbia labels, and the rest are roughly split between black label Columbias and EMIs. The sleeves also vary in condition - some are plain white paper or card sleeves; some are company sleeves (not all correct sleeves) and many are in picture sleeves. The record case shown in the pics is included in the price. Almost all of the singles fit into the box, apart from that little pile of sixteen showing on top of the rest in the first pic.
This would be an ideal lot for re-selling. Cliff's singles sell steadily, if a little slowly, and there is certainly a decent profit to be had with this lot. Also, being realistic, Cliff is probably not immortal; there will come a time when these are once again objects of desire. I've suggested a price which equates to under £1.50 per single, and I will consider offers (but not silly ones).
Payment is to be by cash on collection only. I WILL NOT POST this lot, either by Royal Mail or by courier, so you will probably need to be local, to purchase this lot. You will need a car to pick these up, as the case is pretty heavy. Unfortunately I do not have my own transport, so I can not deliver.
