Shows some signs of washing and wearing.   See last pic for stitching in the rear area.  In good but not great condition.   Has some pilling you can see in close up pics.   Faux Drawstring. Flat lay measurements are 15" in the waist,  37" in length and the inseam is 27". The top is new with Tags.   I found these. Separately,  that's why they are listed with separate pics. Flat lay measurements on the top are 15" Shoulder to Shoulder, 19" armpit to armpit and 24" in length.   The material on this set is very thin.  The top has a Small hole in the front left Shoulder-see last pic.
