We do NOT accept any liability / responsibility and will not be held responsible for missing fitting appointments such as garage mechanic/fitter or similar specialists etc, and would recommend you NOT to make such appointments until you have the actual goods in your possession and are satisfied that they are the correct items what you have ordered from the listing for your vehicle
2- If you choose to have any product professionally installed and it becomes faulty, we will NOT be held responsible for any labor costs or any damage, not matter what ever sort, involved in installing or removing the product from your vehicle during or after the warranty period.
3. Delivery / Courier delays -We do NOT accept any liability / responsibility for delayed deliveries by the couriers. We try our best to get the goods to the customer but please note the delivery times specified on our listings are approximate delivery times, and may vary under certain circumstance, for example festive seasons like Xmas, Easter, bad weather like rain, snow, winds etc, which can delay the couriers due to back log.
Couriers will attempt delivery on 2 occasions prior to the item being returned to ourselves, and if they cannot deliver the goods they will leave you a card and you MUST contact them. If for any reason the goods are returned to us then you will be liable for Re-delivery, with this in mind it is important that you contact the courier’s to arrange re-delivery or collection as soon as possible. We aim to process returns within 48 business hours of receipt of the return, but please allow up to 7 days for any exchange / refund.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return item to us in an un-used state in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase and we'll give you a refund or exchange minus our postage costs what we incured in sending the item to you .
