usually ship products the same day after payment is completed. Items purchased
over the weekend usually ship on Monday. We use USPS for most items, and FedEx
or UPS for larger items. In some cases SpeeDee Delivery might be used. Residents
of Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico should contact us for a shipping quote. Don’t ask for a discount on shipping, we
have no control over shipping charges. You are welcome to contact the shipping
companies and ask for a discount.
RETURN INFORMATION
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied
with any product, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price if a return is an option. The buyer must contact us within 7 days;
items must be returned within 14 days. If your purchase was eligible for Free
shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Returns must be
in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete
documentation (Owner's Manual, warranty card, quick start guides etc.), show no
signs of wear or use and warranty seals must not be broken. All returns may be
subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Products like software, personal items, and
items which are not normally stocked are not returnable.
