When viewing my listings, please read entire description and review the photos carefully to be sure that the item fits the color, size and/or condition that you are looking for. I describe my items as thoroughly as I can either through words or pictures. Feel free to ask any questions or request additional photos.
ABOUT OUR ITEMS
Our items are housed in a clean, smoke-free environment. Unless otherwise stated, pre-owned, gently used plush/fabric items are lightly laundered or surface cleaned according to the manufacturer's instructions on the tags. Hard surface items have been wiped down with disinfectant wipes. All items have been inspected for rips, stains or flaws to the best of my knowledge. They are then measured, photographed, placed in clear product bags and transported to a climate controlled facility for storage and protection.
PAYMENTS
Payment is due immediately for "fixed price" items. For auction items, payment is due within three (3) days of auction close.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped within one (1) business day of receiving cleared payment. I ship daily Monday through Friday via USPS with tracking (signature confirmation not included). Buyers can add signature confirmation at an additional cost of $2.65 by contacting me prior to purchasing item. I ship using the three Rs that benefit our planet, ~Reduce~Reuse~Recycle~ therefore, I reuse packing boxes and materials whenever possible.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS
I accept returns with the following conditions:
* You must contact me within 14 days of receiving your item.
* Items must be shipped back to me with tracking within 30 days of delivery and arrive in the same condition as they were shipped. Please package items
carefully. Poorly packed, damaged items can't be resold and therefore are not
eligible for a return or exchange.
* The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges
are nonrefundable since those fees have been paid to USPS.
* In the event that your purchased item was damaged in route to you, please
provide photographs of the damage to the item and the damaged box as well. You
MUST KEEP ALL packing materials, or there will be no way to assist in your
refund or insurance claim.
* NO refunds will be issued until product has been received at our return
address, no exceptions.
UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES:
It is the Buyer's responsibility to make sure the shipping address is correct.
If your package is returned to us, a refund will be issued for the cost of the
item ONLY, minus any postage paid. The Post Office will not refund my shipping
costs. Therefore, I cannot refund any costs back to you.
LOSS OR THEFT OF A PACKAGE
Sellers are not legally responsible for mail theft/loss AFTER the item has been
marked as DELIVERED on the tracking. Buyers can file a mail theft claim,
however, Sellers can't fill it out or hunt down the package. If you desire to
add signature confirmation to your item for an additional fee,
please let me know prior to purchasing or bidding on an item.
