USES :
Suitable for only:
Roofing tiles, brick, concrete, asbestos, and timber after suitable preparation. (not for felt roofs)
PREPARATION : surfaces should be sound, dry and free from oil, wax and grease. Remove any loose, powdery or flaking material. Surfaces, which are contaminated with lichen or moss, should be brushed clean and washed with a Fungicidal Wash and allowed to dry thoroughly before coating. Any structural repairs that may be necessary should be carried out before applying Blue House flex roof paint.
Blue House Flex Roof Coating. A flexible and elastomeric coating, quickly applied by brush, roller or spray which dries to form a high build, seamless waterproof membrane. Economically prevents or cures all types of leaking roofs, gutters and walls. Easy to apply, Blue House flex roof paint remains flexible and elastic to allow for movement of the substrate forming a long-life protective coating for weatherproofing roofs and walls.
Application: DO NOT APPLY WHEN THE AIR TEMPERATURE IS BELOW 10 CENTIGRADE. If repair involves only
small-localised cracks or fractures, apply two full coats of Blue House flex over the treatment previously outlined. Where the complete
roof surface is to be weatherproofed, after necessary preparation as outlined, apply two full coats of Blue House flex, allowing thorough
drying between each coat.
Coverage: It is very important that Blue House flex weatherproofing system should be applied to the correct film thickness. The
spreading rate of 2 sq. metres per litre per coat should not be exceeded.
Drying: Normally dry in approximately 4-6 hours.
Flash Point: Not applicable - water based.
Clean up: Warm soapy water. Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after use.
Storage: Keep out of reach of children. Protect from frost.
When ordering the Roof Paint, please order enough as BATCHES may vary when re ordering
the colours shown are rough guide so their may also vary in shade.
If your going to order a second tin, the paint are in batches, so please message me the batch number(which is on the top on the lid) so the second tin you will receive will be out of the same batch
Please test the paint on the surface first.
Delivery
For all orders placed between Monday and Thursday our aim is to process and despatch within 1 working day. Any orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be processed next working day, i.e. the following Monday. All orders are sent using APC Overnight using a recorded or trackable service and will usually arrive within 1-3 days of being despatched, but may take a little longer under the circumstances. If you experience any problems with delivery please don't hesitate to contact us.

Returns
Faulty, Incorrectly Supplied and Damaged Items To return Defective or unwanted items, please let us know the reason of the return by email, telephone, fax or post immediately. Any items delivered to you must be inspected on delivery to confirm it has not been damaged during transport, if the goods are damaged when you receive them you must not sign for it make the courier aware of this, otherwise it cannot be returned. We cannot claim for any goods from our transport provided that is signed for as unchecked or as received in good condition unless it is signed as Damaged. please DO NOT SIGN for the goods until you have checked them over for damage If your item is not faulty we accept returns for refund within 7 days working days from the date you received your order. In this case you are required to return the goods at your own cost undamaged and in their original packaging and you will receive a refund for the item price of the order.
