About the items we sell
Please Note: We are not experts or fully
knowlegable on all items we sell. We do attempt to accurately describe
the item(s) as honestly as possible through description details and
photos. Furthermore items pictured are what you will recieve unless
otherwise stated in the listing. Please email me if you have any
questions or concerns prior to buying/bidding. We want you to be happy
with your purchase.
PayPal is the only accepted form of payment.
Shipping
I
ship daily Monday through Saturday, and usually ship within 1 business
day after receiving cleared payment, but could take as long as 2
business days. Shipping is through the Bulgarian Post Office which is
closed Sundays and holidays. Great care is taken in preparing the
packages for shipping using appropriate sized boxing, bubble wrap and
other cushioning materials to ensure the package arrived safely.
Delivery time is out of my control, so please, be patient. I always keep a proof of postage.
International Buyers - Please Note:
Import
duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or
shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns or Defective Items
For returns, or items defective upon reciept, the buyer has fourteen (14) days from receiving the item to contact me by email to make arrangements. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs including insurance if applicable. All Items must be returned in original condition went sent. If an item was sold as "New" in a sealed or unopened condition, the item will not be eligible for return if opened by the buyer. After the item has been returned to me and inspected to meet these terms, then a full refund minus shipping/handling costs will be given.
Additionally if this item is listed "AS-IS" in the description and the SHIPPING and PAYMENTS page shows "No Returns Accepted by Seller", then this section does not apply, and there would be no return eligibility.
If there has been a problem with this sale, then contact me via email before leaving feedback. A resolution can be made. Customer satisfaction is priority.
