Important

1.  Bluetooth Strip Lights comes with out Remote Control & 

It works via App 'DuoCo Strip' (Available on iOS and Android).  

2.   Non Bluetooth Strip Lights comes with Remote Control.

3.  Only 5m versions have connectors on both end of the strips.

4. The usb and strip light connector have to be connected in the right way, 

both arrows on the connector should be on the same side. For Bluetooth letter B on the connector and blue cable 

of the strips should be on the same side. Picture also attached.

5. There is a double sided tape under the strip lights, please peel carefully and do not 

peel the whole tape.

6. We do not sell the Power Plugs, it is also not included in the retail pack.

7. Not suitable for extensions of over 5m strip, they are 5V only.

Waterproof Rating

Our waterproof rating is IP65. 

An IP65 rated enclosure gives protection against low pressure water jets from any direction, as well as condensation and water spray.

It is suitable for more outdoor enclosures that won't encounter extreme weather such as flooding or submersion.

The connection between the strip and power adapter is not waterproof.

Troubleshooting

1. Please make sure the LED lights are connected to the power source in a right way. 

Please unplug the led strip light and usb wire connector and re plug them other way. It only works if they are connected in the right way. An arrow should be pointing at each other. Also please check if the power source is right, you can check them by connecting to any other power source or usb port.  

2. For Bluetooth options you have to download  'DuoCo Strip' app from app store on your ios or android device, then you have to give permission to your device to connect via bluetooth. Once the bluetooth connection is establish via the app then you can control the Led Lights.

Instructions regarding the app 'DuoCo Strip' is also included in the retail pack. 

3.For the remote control version, When operating the remote, point it towards the usb connector of the strip lights. If the lights are turned on and remote not working then please follow these 3 easy steps.

 

Please check if the plastic strip from the remote is taken out as it is there to stop battery drainage. If it still doesn't work then please take the batteries out from the remote and re insert them. Lastly press the middle buttons little harder couple of times.

4. Tape Under the thin top peel there is a double sided tape. There is not stickiness itself on the led strip lights so please do not peel off the double sided tape. (You can stick it back in case you took it off accidentally).

If you can carefully peel the top layer of the tape you can see the double sided tape. Only the thin top peel should be taken off and the double sided tape should stay with the strip lights.
