This Warhammer Bolter cosplay prop is made primarily from a very stiff high density EVA foam with 3D printed components (eg ejection button) and some resin cast items (eg laser sight, muzzle, round things, hand grip). The grip is affixed to the Warhammer Bolter with a short aluminium rod. The hex nuts are metal.
The foam is sealed with Rosco FlexBond and the whole Warhammer Bolter airbrush painted with acrylic paints.
The Bolter magazine is friction-fit and is hollow so you can store some small items in it like cash.
The Godwyn Pattern Warhammer Bolter has been resized to be more manageable by a normal human, coming in at approx 56cm long.
This prop is fully finished and weathered. You can request it unweathered. Kit form (ready to paint, or assembly needed) also available for those that want a craft project or to customise the appearance and colour themselves.
Included in each order is 1 wax purity seal, cast in polyurethane resin. They are approx 4.5-5cm in width. You will need to craft your own inscription.
Allow MINIMUM 4 weeks lead time to build, as this is a "made to order" item. I still have my day job, so construction could take up to 6 to 8 weeks. Contact me if you need something sooner.
