Vintage 10K YG St. Joseph's Hospital Pin Denver Colorado,  made around 1940's,  issued to family member in 1949. Semper Fidelis Always Faithful. Total weight 4 grams. Clasp works as intended,  very good. Clasp is hinged bar with safety catch.  Lovely condition for 73 years. Happy Collecting!
