Dispatch  and Shipping

My  usual dispatch is by second class small parcel post which, for this item, costs £3.20 for the United Kingdom. PLEASE NOTE:the  second-class parcel post  includes a maximum of £20:00 compensation value. I  recommend that purchasers request  fully insured shipping for items of a  greater value. I obtain proof of posting for all my packages. 

For all  other types of shipping i.e. guaranteed delivery  date, tracked, 1st class  or international shipping,please contact  me for a shipping quote.

Items  are usually shipped within two working days of payment  being received.

All our  models are dispatched in secure packaging and protective material. We recycle  packaging wherever the material is of a  suitable quality. This helps to control  the cost of shipping whilst  protecting  your  model  soundly.

I  combine and reduce the cost of postage for the shipping of multiple purchases.

Please  contact me if you are in anyway dissatisfied with your purchase. Every item is checked for defects before packing and dispatch.I  accept returns if items are  found to be defective or mis-described. Please contact me within 72 hours of  receiving your item if you wish to  discuss its return.
