This card is an O-Pee-Chee Von Kaiser Punch-Out!! card #2, also known as Screen 2. This is the rare OPC variant of the card and only 2 have been graded higher by any other company. This is the highest MNT graded card. This is not the considerably more common Topps version of the card.
This is an MNT 7.0 with very solid subgrades. OPC used to use a metal wire to cut the cards instead of a blade like other companies and this creates a rougher edge.

Edges - 6.5
Surface - 8.5
Centering - 9.5
MNT only grades .5 above the lowest sub grade as you can see. The remaining subs are a lot higher.
