About Us

We have been making and selling reproduction boxes for over 10 years and have hundreds of happy customers.

The picture you see in the listing will not be the exact item you receive as all our boxes are hand-made to order and this means the item is fresh and hasn't been sitting around in a corner for 6 months.

With that in mind, we do ask that you are patient as we make up your order. This may mean a longer delay in posting out your item than other eBay sellers but we hope you will understand.

Each box has been painstakingly restored by us to make sure it looks the part. 

At Retro Rebox we pride ourselves on never posting an item we wouldn't be happy to receive ourselves.

Shipping

Shipping cost:
Please see the shipping costs below. All Shipments are Tracked for both seller and buyer safety.

Delivery time:
As each item is individually made to order, please allow up to 10 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) from date of payment received for dispatch. Although we will, in most cases, dispatch well within 10 working days.

Once the item(s) has been dispatched we have no control over how long the postal service will take to deliver it.

For UK deliveries parcels are normally delivered around 2-3 working days after posting.. However deliveries to the rest of the world will generally take longer.

When the item arrives, and you are happy with your purchase, we would appreciate it if you could leave feedback via Ebay. We will then do likewise. When leaving feedback, we would remind you that when scoring via the Detailed Seller Ratings that the rating you give should be based on dispatch time and not delivery time.

However if there are any problems with the item (we hope there isn't!!) then please contact us first and give us the opportunity to put matters right.

We encourage our customers to contact us with any questions or concerns! We'd like to be sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, then provided that you inform us within 14 days of receipt, and return the item undamaged within 14 days (at your expense), then a replacement will be sent out or a refund of the purchase price (including delivery charge) will be made.

If for any reason the item is damaged (Photographs must be supplied or item returned) during delivery, a replacement will be sent out to you as soon as possible (please remember each item is hand made so it may take a few days for a replacement to be sent out).
