Great Antique Ornately Engraved Swiss 800 Silver Open Face Men's Pocket Watch
This stunning pocket watch was hand made in Switzerland around 1900 and features a beautiful partially gilt ornate 800 Silver case with white dial, small second at the 6 position, Roman numerals, and stylish dark hands. Beautifully engraved on the back with an unmonogrammed center shield.
The piece is in very good antique condition, winds up but currently doesn't work since the balance wheel seems to be stuck under a gear. No damage to dial or glass. Some scratches from opening the watch.
This beautiful piece measures approx. 1 7/8" in diameter (case only) and weighs 84.6 grams. Hallmarked, numbered and carrying the makers mark inside the outer case lid which is silver. The inner case lid is metal and carries the matching serial number.
