DELIVERY INFORMATION.


Please leave us a mobile number to contact you for delivery purposes, failing to do so will delay the delivery of your item.

·     The deliveries are ground floor only, and this is single man delivery service , You can request the courier to help, the courier will be happy to help you take the bed upstairs , if     possible.

·     Most deliveries are delivered within a week.

·     Please do not dispose of your existing bed/mattress until you receive the delivery.

·     Some of the deliveries might take up to 10 working days. 

·     Please ignore estimate delivery date given by system.

·     We will contact you before the delivery and will give you the delivery date and the delivery time-slot which is usually 3 to 4 hours.

 

 

Free delivery to most part of the UK, however there are delivery charges for the following post codes. 

The product will be dispatched when the additional payment has been paid.

The delivery takes from 5 to 12 working days to the following locations

    Your goods will not be dispatched if your post code falls in the above mentioned areas and the delivery charges have not been paid for , once additional payment has been received your goods will be dispatched 

  

·   All damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your delivery , Please thoroughly inspect the goods before signing the papers and do not sign the delivery papers if the goods have been damaged in any way , the company will not be responsible for any losses if the delivery is signed for and reported afterwards .

 

We do not deliver to remote locations or The Highlands. 

We do not deliver to Southern Ireland and Northern Ireland.

RETURN POLICY

  

This is a made to order bed, therefore once the order has been dispatched, we will not accept return due to color , size or bed dimension not fitting in your bedroom.

It's important to us that you're happy with your purchase. 

however if there is any fault in the bed, please contact us before leaving a feedback, we will resolve the issue by sending a replacement bed or collect the bed and refund your payment within 30 days.

the product should be in original condition and mattress are strictly non returnable once they have been used/slept on as per consumer contracts Regulation by Law


Please report any damages within 24 hours after delivery 

and we will resolve the issue, any damage report after 24 hours will not be accepted.
