Reproduction of Packard Data Plate. This item is made from black coated aluminum.   Thank you.

I HAVE THE CORRECT PLATES FOR ALL PACKARDS 1903-1952. I EVEN HAVE THE PLATES USED IN CANADA. THE BRASS PLATES (1926-1937) ARE   ENGRAVING IS $15 PER PLATE paid after the sale.   IF YOU THINK THAT YOUR PLATE IS DIFFERENT FROM ANY I MAKE, I WILL MAKE ONE LIKE YOURS FOR THE SAME PRICE. IF YOU HAVE A PRE-1926 PACKARD I WILL CONSIDER MAKING YOU A PLATE AT THE SAME PRICE. A GOOD IMAGE OF YOUR OLD PLATE WILL HELP INSURE THAT IT WILL BE COMPLETELY CORRECT.

Note: Beginning in 1935 Packard put patent numbers on the large, 4.5" by 4.5" plates they used. They updated the patent numbers at random times. Sometimes they were unchanged for more than a year and sometimes they were changed several times a year. The plate I have listed for your year will have the correct layout, but may not have the same patent numbers. If you want to be precise, send me a good quality photo of your plate and I will make one that has the same numbers and same number of numbers as your original plate. There is no charge for this. It will help me offer more choices for others. For 1940-1946 I have examples of what seem to be original plates, but the use of patient numbers is confusing. If you have a car from that error with a known original plate, please share it with me so I can offer others accurately numbered plates. Thank you.
