This is a heater A/C control out of a 1999 Chevy Silverado WITHOUT rear defrost. It fits 96-99 Chevy C/K,GMC Sierra, Chevy 1500/2500/3500, Suburban, Tahoe,Yukon WITH rear defrost & manual controls, but please check your local dealer for your application & use the pictures of the rear as a reference. The years vary by model. It is used and in good working condition.
