VINTAGE 1994 Lowell Herrero Kitty Cat Plate, sweet black and white cat with a glass of milk

and licking her/his paw.  This is an 8" plate with cute detail.  Red and white checkered tablecloth, brown framed window with lace curtain.    The trim on the plate is green and white with green paw prints throughout.  This plate is in great condition with no chips or cracks.
