THE PURPOSE OF THIS ITEM IS TO HAVE A HAT READY TO START ON YOUR MACHINE WHEN YOU FINISH ONE. The set you must already own is the PRCF5 which includes: a hat driver for your machine, a hat frame that holds the hat, and a jig which is used for mounting the driver and frame.
