IT WAS A WEEKLY 15 MINUTE SHOW FEATURING THE PERFORMERS FROM THE LAWRENCE WELK SHOW AND RECORDED PERFORMANCES FROM FEATURED GUESTS WHO ARE WITH LAWRENCE WELK TO CELEBRATE THEIR MUSIC

THERE WERE NO COMMERICALS BUT BRIEF US NAVY PROMOTIONAL SPOTS. 

This show not only aired on commercial stations in the United States to promote the US NAVY but also world wide through the American Forces Radio Network.

The shows were meant to help radio stations fulfill their public service requirements to renew their broadcasting license and mostly ran on Saturdays or Sundays when the regular station dj's were off.
