This is an 8x8" picture of the artwork for the classic 1997 studio album called "FALLING INTO INFINITY" by DREAM THEATER. It has been signed with a black permanent marker, in-person by the whole band, singer James LaBrie, guitarist John Petrucci, bassist John Myung, drummer Mike Portnoy (who has also added "DREAM THEATER" and the year "'98" next to his autograph), and keyboardist Derek Sherinian while touring Europe on March 4, 1998 in Helsinki, Finland. It's worth noting that this set of autographs was signed almost 25 YEARS ago, making this one of the nicest looking fully signed vintage pieces out there with perfect full name autograps.
