THESE LENGTHS ARE NOT PRE-CUT SO IF MORE THAN ONE METRE IS PURCHASED, WE WILL SEND IN A CONTINUOUS PIECE.
UNLESS STATED THAT IT IS PURCHASED AS A ROLL, ALL OUR RIBBONS ARE TAKEN FROM A ROLL AND NEATLY WRAPPED AND PACKAGED.

DELIVERY
We use Royal Mail for delivery. Please note that neither 1st or second class postage is a guaranteed service. First class/24 items should be expected in 1 to 3 working days and second class/48 is usually between 3 to 7 working days.
For a fully tracked service we can offer Tracked 24 which is much quicker than standard first class.
If you need anything urgently we can offer express delivery which is Royal Mail Special delivery and is guaranteed to arrive next day.
For international orders we use Royal Mail Standard airmail. Please note there is no tracking available with this service. Royal Mail aims to deliver across Europe within 3 to 5 working days and 5 to 7 working days for the Rest of World but please note this is not a guaranteed service and especially during busy times can take longer. In some cases up to 5 weeks.
We can offer a tracked international service which is available as an upgrade at checkout.
