Oil filled electric heaters are ideal for lounges, bedrooms or other rooms needing efficient heating. Few heaters offer better value than the “Celsius” Oil Electric radiators, one of the easiest way to warm up a cold room quickly. They are very versatile, with the option to use radiator wall mounted or as a portable heat source. The Celsius has the latest features and comes with WiFi, a timer and thermostat. Using the smart life app, you can operate the Celsius using voice control (for Google Home and Alexa devices).
This oil-filled electric heater can be operated by manual and smart WiFi control. The Celsius has a key pad, which allows you to use it as a simple manual heater. But you also have the option to connect the heater to the WiFi, which enables all of the smart features on the heater, making it perfect for both technophobes and tech-lovers. Furthermore, the Celsius is ERP Lot 20 compliant, having the necessary features to make it an energy efficient heater which is economic to run.

SolAire Smart WiFi technology is built into the radiator, allowing for easy control over your heater using the SolAire App on a smart phone / tablet. As long as the WiFi stays on, you’ll be able to control your heating without being there. The heater connects directly to your WiFi router. You don’t need to buy any additional hubs or connectors.
The Celsius has a 1000W power output and can heat room sizes up to 12.5m.

In the past, you may have been baffled when attempting to programme your heating. SolAire Smart WIFI makes your heater easy to use, more controllable and more energy-efficient. The App’s simple interface lets you control the heater from anywhere in the world – gone are the days of arriving to a cold home or leaving the heating on.
From the App you can adjust the heater’s thermostat and timer, allowing for full programmability over your heater. With the Smart App, each heater can be controlled individually, making it easy to heat the rooms in your home independently of each other. Therefore you can heat only the rooms you need, rather than wasting money on heating the whole house.

With Amazon Alexa and Google Home, the heating will respond to voice commands. You can simply say phrases such as “turn heating on” and “set heater to 20 degrees”.

Delivery & Collection
Delivery
Our couriers are APC and DHL. We use APC for larger items such as towel rails, panel heaters, oil filled radiators & mirrors. We use DHL for smaller items such as Accessories (Valves, Element, Small Fan Heaters). The selection of courier may not be indicated on your order details so please make a note of this for when you need to track online.
Proof Of Delivery
Upon delivery, the courier will place the parcel on the ground, step back 2 metres and request a name. They will take a photo of the parcel and log the GPS coordinates. Delivery will then be signed 'DEL' by the courier as proof of delivery. The online tracking details will update with this information.
Tracking
Your order will show a tracking number when we have processed the shipping. Our system will send automated emails and texts with the tracking information. Please check the Spam folder in your email box to see if it is sent there. If you do not have a mobile number on your account, you will not receive the texts. Please keep a note of tracking information in case you have any issues.
To manually track your item please go to the APC or DHL website for an update. This is useful if you do not receive a tracking notification or cannot find it.

Safe Place
If you are not expecting to be at home when the parcel is going to be delivered, please message or email us with instructions to leave it in a safe place immediately after you order so we can add it to the shipping label. Please include your order number and indicate the website you bought the product from in the email.

In some circumstances the second parcel can arrive at a different time, or even the following day.
Some orders may need to be shipped in more than one consignment. Examples are: Thermostatic and Dual Fuel Towel Rails (the element is shipped separately). Damages
When the courier delivers the item please check the package before you accept it. If there is visible damage to the box and the product inside, you can refuse delivery and it will be returned to us. You can then contact us by message, email or telephone to inform about the damage and we can either exchange the item or refund you.
If you accept the parcel but find that the contents are damaged when you open the box, please contact us by message, email or telephone to inform us and and attach photos of the damage. Please include your order number and website you bought the product from in the email.
We can offer to refund or exchange damaged items. Please keep the box of damaged items because the courier will need it to be packaged when they pick it up. If you do not have the original box anymore you will need to find a suitable box to return the item. An exchange may be done on the same day or on a separate day from when the replacement is delivered.
