For sale is a bone china trinket/pill box, manufactured in Limoges, for the Eastern & Oriental company. The lid is gilded with the company's logo on a green coloured ground(see pic.2). There is a flower head shaped clasp(see pic.4) and a gilded motif to the underside of the lid(see pics.6). The box measures 1 3/4"(4.5cms) square & a little under 1 1/4"(a little over 3cms) tall. It is fully marked to the base(see pic.7) and in great condition. The china is free from any damage or wear. There is the odd spot of discolouration to the metal mounts(see pic.8).
