Returns
Only accepted if in original packaging with tags etc attached
I will not be responsible for cost of return unless its my fault
If goods are damaged in transit the onus falls upon the courier to accept responsibility
Photos of damage and wrapping i used must be forwarded to me as proof for me to be able to make claim, then refund you.
Please allow up to 6 weeks for claim to be refunded
It is very rare that it is lost in post but if this does happen it is your responsibility to claim back from courier
