Everything included in this listing has been shown in the pictures. There are no other parts included beyond what is pictured. If an item at some time was to include other accessories or parts that are not pictured, then they are not included. I try to make sure my descriptions are clear and the pictures show what is included in the listing. I am not familiar with all the villages so there could be something missing or something minor broken off that I am unaware of. Please ask questions. I am selling all my villages “as is" and have explained them as best I can. If you have any questions, please ask before purchasing. 




Payment is due within three days of the auction ending. I am happy to combine shipping when possible.

If you live in Minnesota, you will be charged sales tax of 6.875%.

There will be a 15% restock fee for any returned items.
