Victorian Antique Needlepoint Tapestry Pillow Two Women at Window 24" x 24"

This is for a charming Victorian needlepoint tapestry (I would say late 1800's) which I turned into a one of a kind romantic pillow. It features two women at a window one reading what looks like a letter or perhaps an invitation to a ball. From their clothing you know that they are women of means. The needlepoint is in very good condtition. I do not see any issues. The colors are mostly blue and different shades of brown and beige. The needlepoint area alone measures approx. 14" x 17". I framed it in blue velvet for some contrast and pop.  Then used brown velvet for the front and trimed it with a beige and blue gimp and a metallic edging between the blue and brown velvet. It is finished off with a blue, brown and beige ball trim. The back is done in a brown and beige velvet and linen stripe.

The pillow measures approx. 24" x 24". The entire pillow is lined for extra durability. There is a feather and down insert for a plush look and feel. There is a zipper closure for your convenience. This pillow is in excellent newly created condition marrying the old and the new. It was designed to be past down to future generations. It comes from a smoke free home.
