HOW TO ORDER YOUR BLINDS

•  Please make sure your existing fabric is 3.5 inch (89MM) WIDE.
•  Measure the finished size of existing fabric, from top of the fabric to the bottom of fabric
•  Count the number of existing slats 
• Enter the quantity required in the Quantity box
•  Enter the required length size in Personalisation box and then click buy now.
•  Buy all slats for all windows at once.
•  On payment page please enter the Exact length of Slat required in the **Notes to Seller** 
• or message us through eBay with your requirements.
• If ordering for more than one window please state the amount required for each length

Example:

• If you need 56 slats - Please buy Quantity of 56. 
• Please purchase the full amount (56) slats and send us a breakdown of this and the sizes in your message to us.

HOW TO MEASURE THE SLATS/LOUVERS

• Below is full instructions on how to measure the slats/Louvers:
• Un-clip one of your current vertical blind slats and lay it down on a flat surface
• Measure the length of the vertical blind fabric only as it lays on the table.
• Do not include the any part of the hanger that sticks out of the fabric,
• And do not undo any stitching or glue.
• We advise using a metal measuring tape for accurate measurements.
• Use these exact measurements on our replacement slats for vertical blind products.

• Please ensure that you double-check your measurements as these are 
  non-returnable.
• Once measured send us an email like this

• Our hangers are compatible with most head rails, but we suggest you keep the hangers from your existing slats just in case you need to use them with the new slats.

We have done our very best to represent the colour of each fabric, but due to the production nature of our fabrics slight variances can occur and images can sometimes appear slightly darker/lighter on different screens. For this reason we cannot guarantee with any certainty that the colour represented in a product image on your monitor is EXACTLY as it appears in the physical world, for this reason we provide samples free of charge

 

Customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not 100% satisfied with the item we are more than happy to take it back. The item should original packaging and tags and must be unworn and saleable condition, full refund will be issued on receipt of returned item. If there is any defects on the item please contact us, we will solve the problem either sending you replacement or issuing full refund as you like.

EXACT BLINDS RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to return your Buy it now item for a refund within 30 working days of receiving the item.
• However, this is subject to certain conditions:
•  If you wish to return your item, you must inform us of your intention within 7 working days of receipt and we will provide you with a returns address.
