5.0 DIGITAL TV EARS REPLACEMENT BOW ARMS

Up for sale are these replacement 5.0 Digital TV EARS bow arms.


Now you can replace your 5.0 Digital headset broken bow arms with these replacement arms.



The bow arms come complete with wires and ear speaker, but NOT a new foam pad.


These arms will work only on the newer 5.0 Digital TV Ears Headsets.


They have been cleaned, sanitized and thoroughly tested.



You will need to take the receiver apart and solder the replacement arm wires to the circuit board.



Replacing a TV Ears Broken Bow Arm

  1. Separate the two halves of the receiver headset by removing three Philips head screws.
  2. Remove the broken bow arm using a pair of small needle nose pliers, by wiggling and pulling straight up.
  3. The broken bow arm should come right out.  It is not glued, just a press fit.
  4. Un-solder the two speaker wires from the circuit board and remove all the extra solder from the connection holes in the board.
  5. The new bow can then be inserted in the special holder,  insert the two wires on the replacement bow arm into the correct holes (red or white to +, black to -) and re-solder, then pressed into the space the broken one came out of.
  6. Reassemble the two halves of the receiver headset, and then enjoy your repaired headset.
