Now you can replace your as broken bow arm with these replacement arms.

The bow arm comes complete with wires and ear speaker, but no foam tips or snap tip adapters.

These arms will work on most models of TV EARS including 3.0 Analog, 2.3 and 95 MHz headsets!

Reprint from TV Ears operation Manual “Always use two hands to place and remove your headset from your ears. Using one hand may loosen or tug on the bow arms and damage your headset.” TV Ears excludes “Broken Bow Arms” from their 90 day warrantee. Because I use genuine TV Ears parts, I can not guarantee my replacement bow arms headsets against breakage.

Replacement arms for 3.0 and 5.0 DIGITAL are available on one of my other listings.

These bow arms were pulled from otherwise defective Headsets.

They have been cleaned, sanitized and thoroughly tested. 

You will need to take the blue receiver apart and solder the replacement arm wires to the circuit board.

Replacing a TV Ears Broken Bow Arm Separate the two halves of the blue receiver headset by removing two Philips head screws.

Remove the two little plastic hooks which are glued into the front case, using a pair of small needle nose pliers, by wiggling and pulling straight up.

Most of the time one comes out fairly easily, while the other one usually breaks off.

Un-solder the two speaker wires from the circuit board and remove all the extra solder from the connection holes in the board.Insert the two wires on the replacement bow arm into the correct holes (red to +, black to -) and re-solder.

The new bow can be reattached using a little airplane glue on the arm, front case and the remaining single clip hook.Reassemble the two halves of the blue receiver headset, let the glue dry and then enjoy your repaired headset.
