Esteticamente e funzionalmente tutti perfetti
ESUONO ECCEZIONALE: ARIOSO - DINAMICO - DETTAGLIATO - POTENTISSIMO ANCHE SU BASSI CARICHI DI 2 OHM - Pilota con disinvoltura disarmante le MBL 101C (anni '90), casse straordinarie ma che hanno una efficienza scarsissima di 80db e un carico di impedenza ancor più difficile con rotazioni di fase anche fin sotto i 2 ohm (vedi foto n.11) che al tempo misero seriamente in crisi amplificatori molto ma veramente molto blasonati e ancor oggi attuali (modelli ARC e Krell di pari e perfino di maggior costo - Pioneer Exclusive - Phase Linear top line - Yamaha CA2010 (classe A) - Sansui AU919 - Marantz SC11 - Mcintosh MA6300 – Luxman M05/C05 - Luxman M02/C02 – Sony Serie ES – Denon POA 4400 – Yamaha MX1 ecc.) che ascoltai e confrontai tutti prima di giungere all'acquisto molto ponderato, seppur più costoso prima che si abbassassero i prezzi, della MF Series F. Prodotti per soli 3 anni, uscirono di produzione perché troppo dispendiosi per qualità costruttiva e materiali impiegati (avrebbero voluto e dovuto scalzare i nomi sacri del Gotha hiend, in merito si leggano gli articoli ancora reperibili online); infatti la loro qualità è tale e ancora attuale che tant'è non hanno ancora mai visto un laboratorio di assistenza tecnica. Ma la concorrenza aveva un nome troppo altisonante e reclamizzato al punto che Anthony Michaelson dovette abbassare i prezzi per stare al loro passo, però con conseguenti margini di profitto quasi azzerati che lo costrinsero ad abbandonare la produzione ripiegando su altri nuovi modelli: più leggeri, economici e semplici ma dal suono quasi schiacciato sullo sfondo, senza rotondità e senza tipica vividezza oleografica in 3D. Furono, chi più chi meno, abbastanza anonimi, scambiando con punch e aggressività ciò che sarebbe dovuta essere maggior dinamica che, seppur talvolta presente in qualche modello, rasentava talvolta e spesso una certa crudezza e mancanza di raffinatezza (online è ben spiegato nelle recensioni e interviste). Per avere un'idea di quando costerebbe oggi riprendere quei progetti in CLASSE A (cosa che è stata fatta con la Serie AMS50 e AMS100) con stesse caratteristiche, peso e qualità di suono, si veda che prezzi siderali hanno gli attuali giganti Musical Fidelity in CLASSE A - Serie AMS50 e AMS100 - per peso fisico, impatto, musicalità, raffinatezza, 3D, qualità sonora e soprattutto costo. Questo il risultato della mia ricerca che ha assunto accenti quasi recensori ma che, se avete pazienza, potete verificare sul web.
Li vendo non perché siano articoli non più validi e datati, tutt'altro, ma perché li ho doppi (ho anche pre F22 + Fx finale - vedi immagini n.11)

Adoro il suono Musical Fidelity (rapporto qualità/prezzo imbattibile), infatti ne avevo 2 impianti: 1° a casa mia (F25+F15) - il 2° a casa di mia madre (F22+FX), lo ascoltavo quando spesso stavo da lei, purtroppo da quando non c'è più ho venduto la casa e quindi ho un impianto da dismettere - volevo aggiornarmi con modelli MF più recenti ma il confronto è stato veramente sconfortante: i nuovi modelli sono tutt'altro che migliori, sono molto più leggeri (e non solo nel peso ma anche nella resa musicale) e molto meno performanti (non solo nella timbrica, più secca, ma anche nella ricostruzione della scena acustica in 3D e soprattutto nella dinamica) a meno che si vada sui nuovi modelli in Classe A dal costo veramente esagerato (Serie AMS50 e AMS100), ma che devo dire eccellenti, per quanto il loro suono è veramente, ma veramente, molto similare alla mia serie F (che ha costituito una pietra miliare) se non addirittura uguale - pertanto rimango così, in attesa di ulteriori novità in casa Musical Fidelity

Aesthetically and functionally all perfect
EXCEPTIONAL SOUND: AIRY - DYNAMIC - DETAILED - VERY POWERFUL EVEN ON LOW LOADS OF 2 OHM - Drives the MBL 101C (90s) with disarming ease, extraordinary speakers but which have a very low efficiency of 80db and an even more difficult impedance load with phase rotations even down to 2 ohms (see photo n.11) which at the time seriously put very, very famous and still current amplifiers in crisis (ARC and Krell models of equal and even greater cost - Pioneer Exclusive - Phase Linear top line - Yamaha CA2010 (class A) - Sansui AU919 - Marantz SC11 - Mcintosh MA6300 – Luxman M05/C05 - Luxman M02/C02 – Sony ES Series – Denon POA 4400 – Yamaha MX1 etc.) which I listened to and compared all before reaching the very thoughtful purchase, albeit more expensive before the prices dropped, of the MF Series F. Produced for only 3 years, they went out of production because they were too expensive in terms of construction quality and materials used (they would have wanted and should have undermined the sacred names of the Gotha hiend , read the articles still available online on this matter); in fact their quality is such and still current that they have never yet seen a technical assistance laboratory. But the competition had a name that was too high-sounding and advertised to the point that Anthony Michaelson had to lower prices to keep up with them, however resulting in almost zero profit margins which forced him to abandon production and fall back on other new models: lighter, cheaper and simple but with a sound almost crushed into the background, without roundness and without the typical 3D holographic vividness. They were, more or less, quite anonymous, exchanging for punch and aggression what should have been greater dynamics which, although sometimes present in some models, sometimes and often bordered on a certain crudeness and lack of refinement (it is well explained online in the reviews and interviews). To get an idea of how much it would cost today to resume those projects in CLASS A (which has been done with serie Serie AMS50 e AMS100 with the same characteristics, weight and sound quality, see what sidereal prices the current Musical Fidelity giants have in CLASS A - Serie AMS50 e AMS100 - by physical weight, impact, musicality, refinement, 3D, sound quality and above all cost. This is the result of my research which took on an almost reviewer-like tone but which, if you have patience, you can check on the web.
I sell them not because they are no longer valid and outdated items, far from it, but because I have double them (I also have the final pre F22 + Fx - see images)

I love the Musical Fidelity sound (unbeatable quality/price ratio), in fact I had 2 systems: 1st at my house - 2nd at my mother's house, I listened to it when I often stayed with her, unfortunately since it's gone I have sold the house and therefore I have a plant to be decommissioned - I wanted to update myself with more recent MF models but the comparison was really disheartening: the new models are not better at all, they are much lighter (and not only in weight but also in musical performance) and much less performing (not only in terms of timbre, more dry, but also in the reconstruction of the acoustic scene in 3D and above all in the dynamics) unless you go to the new Class A models with an really exaggerated cost (Serie AMS50 e AMS100), but which I must say excellent, as their sound is really, but really, very similar or even the same to my F series (which was a milestone) - therefore I remain so, waiting to further new items from Musical Fidelity
