Durable, strong and rugged. Enough about me, I’d like to focus on the ParkerBrand 4500LB winch which is all three of those things and more. It’s certainly versatile and ready to do the lifting and pulling that only the Hulk would shrug off – up to 2 tons of lift!

It may be the Junior Joe to the larger ParkerBrand PEW-12V-13500 but it is still capable of some serious work - as well as boasting a maximum 2-ton lifting capability it also has some great features that will make using this a piece of cake.

Boasting a 3.5hp/2.6kw, 12V motor that utilises high quality two-stage planetary gearing, this winch has the muscle to get your out of the mire. The gearing system also features an anti-roll back device so you can relax and think about moving forward, up and out.

Not enough? Let us reel you in with the fact that our winch also features a tried and thoroughly tested synthetic cable that is stronger than steel and far, far lighter. The cable is finished with a fully engineered aluminium coupling hook that you can rely on. At 15m long this will give you plenty of flexibility. 

You will also receive:

  • Two wire-less remote-control units – that are operational up to 100m
  • Plug-in control unit with full capability – perfect for operating while loading
  • A plate for mounting the winch to your vehicle.
  • Aluminium fairlead – keeping the cable direction true

Mounting your winch is clear and straightforward. The mounting bolt pattern is: 6.5" x 3.0" (165x76.2mm) so will fit very neatly on to a domestic vehicle without fuss.

Dispatch time

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours and delivered on a “Next Working Day” service. This is not a guaranteed service and someone will be required to sign for the delivery. Requests can be made for the order to be left in a “safe place” but this is at the discretion of the driver.

Timed Service

Early morning (AM) and Saturday delivery options can be added for additional cost. Please contact us for more information.

Collection

Goods can be collected but must be a request must be made in advance.

Our freight partner is FedEx UK. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way.

Damaged Good

Goods arriving damaged must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this time will not be accepted.

What do I do if my item has been returned to sender?

If your item was returned to sender, this means the address you have provided us was wrong or incomplete, or you did not contact the local depot in time.

If you'd like us to send your item out again, you will have to pay for re-postage. Please contact us for instructions.

We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us, but if you are unhappy with your products for any reason, you can return them to us within 14 days.

Please be advised we reserve the right to refuse refunds if we feel any damage may have been caused by the customer whilst using the item.

Returned items must be:

  • new and unused
  • resalable
  • returned at your own cost

Although it is not a requirement- we strongly suggest that all items returned are shipped using a recorded courier.

It is the buyers responsibility to return all items to our warehouse.

ParkerBrand Warranty – How are you covered?

 

We keep an accurate record of your purchase and the warranty associated with it – we’re keen to resolve any issues that may arise with the professionalism that you would expect of ParkerBrand.

While we invest a great deal of time designing tools that are robust and made to a high standard, like all machines, at times they do fail and we like to make things straight forward and easy for you to understand.

For your reassurance we want you to know all of our practices are in line with Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 SI 2013/3134 as well as the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Beyond that we are a fully approved trader with UK Trading Standards.

The ParkerBrand two-year warranty was established so that you can really have faith in your purchase and by extension, us, as an established reputable manufacturer and seller of domestic tools and machinery.

We want you to be sure that if there is a problem you can speak to a UK-based team that will evaluate the problem and ascertain what can be done to get things resolved for you.

Your warranty is for all mechanical parts on your machine – effectively the engine. We are not able to extend this warranty to wear and tear parts. In order for this to be clear we have taken some examples from popular machines for easy reference. These include but are not limited to:

Chainsaw Range

  • Recoil Starter, Bar and chains, Sparkplug, Carburettor, Air filter,

Pressure Washer

  • Recoil, Hose, Lance, Nozzles, Pressure Release Valve, Inlet Valve, Wheels, Air Filters, Exhausts.

Brush Cutter

  • Recoil, Cutting Line, Spool, Three-toothed blade, Sparkplug, Carburettor, Air filters, Exhaust cover.

Multi Tool

  • Chainsaw bar and chains, Cutting Line, Spool, Three-toothed blade, Sparkplug, Carburettor, Hedge trimmer Blades, On/off Switches.

Air-Compressor

  • Quick Release Valve, Cowling,

Every effort is made to work pro-actively to provide a solution. When parts such as those given above are required to be purchased, we work hard to ensure that a stock is maintained in order to make them available to you via the product pages on the website. We will direct you to the link if your enquiry is by email or send it on if we speak by phone.

If they are not listed under spare parts, we may still be able to help and we shall endeavour to do so. It might be best to send a picture of the part with your request to ourselves. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you need to discuss any aspect of your warranty. We are happy to do so.

PICK UP and DROP OFF

It may be that we need to get the item back for a repair or exchange. We try very hard to make this as hassle free as possible. We send you a DPD label so that you can drop off the item at a local pick up point at your convenience or we can arrange for a courier to pick up from your home, again at a time that suits you.

 

30 DAYS

If the issue has occurred in the first 30 days we will of course be able to recover your item and aside from a repair or replacement. However, there is a refund option at this point if the fault is evident upon return.

Our design team put a lot of thought and energy into our products to make sure that you have a tool or machine that is reliable and works perfectly, just as it should. If there is a fault, we work hard to ensure we get things resolved as speedily as possible.
