DISPATCH We aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays). Usually it is much quicker, but please do not rely on this especially at busy times.
We post using Royal Mail and an estimate (not guaranteed) of delivery will be given to you by ebay on the listing, and again when you place your order.
POSTAGE COSTS
Some of our items are available with free delivery, others have a cost attached. Where an item has a cost for postage, you can save money on postage when you buy more than one item from us. To qualify for the discount you must pay for all your purchases in one Paypal transaction and the discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
Please use the ‘ADD TO BASKET’ button for ease when making multiple purchases. We regret we are unable to refund retrospectively if you pay separately, so please ensure you have all your items in your shopping basket before making payment.
Please note the ebay mobile app does not normally support multiple purchases, so if you do require more than one item, please use the full ebay site to make your purchases.

We only accept payment by Paypal.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We are confident you will be delighted with your purchase, and your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely happy, you may return for a full refund. If the product is damaged or not as described, or the wrong item is sent (ie it is our error) then we will pay all postage costs, including the cost of return to us. However, if you decide you no longer require the product, it may be returned to us unopened and in a saleable condition for a refund, however, you will also be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. It is very important you contact us, in either case within 7 days of receipt to let us know you will be returning goods. This is so we know to expect them, can advise you the best way of returning goods and also arrange the refund for you.
