Opened/Never used/Like new - Fully working product in Pristine / immaculate condition with no signs of use. The original packaging may have been opened or the security seal broken. Some open box items are manufacturers excess warehouse stock, and as such may be bulk packaged. Regardless of the packaging, these items will be as new, with any remaining manufacturer’s warranty and also covered by our full 1-year seller warranty.

Grade A – Fully working product in premium / outstanding all-round condition which has limited / minimal signs of use. Every element of the hardware is functional with no known faults in the system. Most items will not come with original packaging, apart from the odd occasion, or unless stated.

Grade B – Fully working product in very good condition product which has minor isolated wear and tear to the front, back or sides. This product is fully functional and in very good working order. Every element of the hardware is functional with no known faults to the system. Most items will not come with original packaging, apart from the odd occasion, or unless stated.

Grade C – Fully working product in well used / usable condition which has major signs of use. This may include heavy wear and tear to the front, back or sides, small dents, worn keyboard/mousepad. Every element of the hardware is functional with no known faults to the system. Most items will not come with original packaging, apart from the odd occasion, or unless stated.

Grade D – Fully working product in heavily used / usable condition which has major signs of use. This may include heavy wear and tear to the front, back or sides, slight cracks to casing, dents, worn keyboard/mousepad, 1 damaged socket/port. Every element of the hardware is functional with no known faults to the system unless stated. Most items will not come with original package, apart from the odd occasion, or unless stated.

BER - Spares/repair – Deemed beyond economical repair. This may include multiple signs of damage to front, back or sides, missing parts, cracked or missing screen, liquid spillage, password lock, no power. Please note: No hard drives are included with our BER stock.

Please note - Batteries are a consumable item and may need to be replaced within the lifetime of the product. Although we have tested the Batteries to ensure they hold a charge, we cannot guarantee that the manufacturers advertised maximum battery life can be achieved.

All items are covered by a 30 day RTB (return to base) warranty unless otherwise stated. Items not covered by our warranty included items sold as faulty/sold as seen/untested.
