This is a super cool Homage cover to the King Size Hulk #1 from the 1960s!   Steranko originally did the cover and Kaare Andrews has done it for an updated book, not sure what this was on but it was done for a book somewhere in there :)  This is a dealer folded promo copy that was sent to shops to help sell the comic!
