Hello, up for purchase is a very dapper, yet striking tiny hat from the 1950's with an over the top feather accent.  It's done in shocking pink wool felt material that is molded into a tailored dress hat that sits on top of the head.  The material is made by Doeskin which was made in America.  It's accented with a mound of black ostrich feathers and a long slender feather that curls at the end.  As stated, the style of the hat sits on top of the head and would fit most.  It's in very good to excellent condition.  If the long feather is a bit much for your taste, I'm pretty sure it could be cut or pulled out.
