DELIVERY
Orders Received Monday to Friday before 12 noon will usually be dispatched same day and normally arrive within 3 working days*. Items ordered over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday. Please note no mail is sent on a Bank Holiday. International orders are sent by either Standard Airmail, or by UPS courier depending on size, weight and value of order. *Depending on how fast Royal Mail are.
WARRANTY
We guarantee all our products against manufacturing faults for 14 days. Please return any faulty goods to us for replacement. Your right to return goods is protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
RETURNS
Goods that prove to be unsuitable may be returned within 14 days for refund or exchange. They must be in returned in the original condition (including any attached tag) and packing. This is in addition to your statutory rights. We recommend that you use registered post to return items, for your own protection.
