I needed something tall and wide that would cover a cable outlet and electrical box that were placed high on my wall in order to hang a TV. Never thought about using a clock until I saw this one. I put up a shelf, and because the clock has a flat bottom it sits on it along with a couple decorative pieces. Now instead of just a picture, I have an interesting focal point that looks beautiful.
