With the inclusion of Demon in the Justice League Dark movie,  

and the guest appearances from Lobo, interest in these books has increased.

These books are unread, direct from the distributor and stored untouched in Mylar for  30+ years.  

My best grade estimate would be 9.4 - 9.6 or better.    These would make amazing CGC books.

These are all Alan Grant scripts, continuing the original work of Jack Kirby, with some gorgeous painted covers. 

When Jack Kirby left Marvel, he came to DC and did some of his best work, creating classic parts of the DC universe including Darkseid, The New Gods, Forever People, and The Demon Etrigan.    Books with Kirby characters are always in demand.
