VINTAGE HANDMADE BATTING SNOWMAN FROM 1970'S DECORATION/ TOPPER CHRISTMASMeasures approx 15" tall without the removable plastic bow, and 7" wide. Measures approx 24" with the plastic bow attached. The center is hollow, so this appears to be either a tree topper, or a decorative bottle topper. Small tear in the black felt on the right eye, and the scarf is missing a few of the fringe pieces that have been torn away.
